Oh helloooo. How was your weekend? Mine was fine thanks for asking.

But it was hot. So freaking hot. And now I, lover of hot weather, am actually wondering when fall will hit.

I’m ready. Come to mama Fall weather.

In order to channel cooler temps to the South, I created a Fall Board on Pinterest. It’s sort of like doing a rain dance, right? Work with me. It's freaking hot up in here.

I mean I love it and all, but looking at Pinterest sort of makes me realize how un-crafty I really am.

Fortunately I have all of you to complain to.

But Pinterest is like a drug. I just keep going back for more.

Girl Gone Wild

That’s my daughter. Out of her crib and wild.

She needs a big girl room and fast.

What does this mean to you? Nothing really.

But to me it means I get to decorate.

It's already been broughten.

Me don’t organize so well.

I can’t even organize my thoughts, much less my life. And my closet? That’s a whole other issue that no one needs to hear about. It literally explodes. Blows up. And I have no idea how it happens.

My closet truly is a phenomenon beyond explanation.

I dream of being organized. I sometimes even try my hand at it. But alas, it’s not going so well.

How is it that I go to bed before my 4-year-old?

Tell me this doesn’t just happen to me. Or at least lie to me. It’s a good thing I have a girls’ weekend about to begin to catch up on my rest.

I’ve of course named it “Girls Gone Wild”. There will be 12 girls. No kids. And lots of wine that we’re sneaking in because who can seriously afford more than one glass of wine at the Ritz? Not me.
